Nandra Family Practice at 115 East South Street Rte. 4, Plano, Illinois.

I used to really like this office. Dr. Nandra (senior) seems like an attentive and experienced doctor from my POV yet, the longer I stayed, the less I saw of him and more of his PA's. The secretaries behind the desk are seemingly nice enough but there's no extra mile to make me feel welcome, especially after years of being at the same office, and they seem to lack important resources. I asked for a list of their accepted insurances and the two women behind the desk said they didn't have one. That seems really weird to me.
In addition, I recommended this doctor to my friend who is on the big and busty side of life and he tried to dismiss a very serious abscessed spider bite in the middle of her upper back as sheer uncleanliness. She went to Rush Copley and had it taken care of properly by someone who looked beyond her appearance and took their job seriously.
Mixed feelings about this place all around.
